Blair Seibert, AIA, LEED AP is the principal and founder of Verde Concepts in Los Angeles, California,

Blair Seibert has more than 20 years’ architectural experience in commercial, multi-family residential and institutional projects, including four U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design projects. She founded Verde Concepts in 2006 to answer the growing demand for environmentally sensitive design among building owners, builders and architects.

As a LEED-accredited architect, she has participated in all aspects of sustainable building and brings the communication and organizational skills needed to complete highly complex projects. Previous clients include the Culver City Redevelopment Agency, the City of Inglewood Redevelopment Agency, Santa Monica College and Kaiser Permanente.
