About David Mann, LEED AP:

David Mann, a LEED Accredited Professional, is the Founder and Principal of Greentek Consulting. He received his Masters in Architecture from Harvard University and has over 15 years of experience in design, development, construction and financial analysis.

David was formerly a principal of Jupiter Atlantic, a South East Florida real estate development firm; and has worked as a technology and business financial analyst for a New York City private equity and hedge fund. David was a senior associate of THINK – the runner-up in the World Trade Center Re-Design. His other design and construction experience includes a diverse range of projects from the Southwest Capitol of France and the Whitehall (Staten Island Ferry Terminal), to NYC offices, restaurant renovations and homes in New York’s Hamptons, Arizona and Connecticut. David lives with his two children in Westport, CT where he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Green Task Force and sits on the Architectural Review Board. He is also a member of the Steering Committee for the Connecticut Alliance for Sustainable Enterprise.
