What is LEED Project Management?

The USGBC LEED® Green Building Rating System encourages the creation of high performance, affordable, and environmentally sound buildings. Our LEED® Project Management Service directs our clients through the entire process to achieve LEED® certification for their project in a way that is fiscally sound and effectively managed.

Why Do I Need LEED Project Management?

As the commercial construction industry adopts LEED as the new benchmark, more and more industry professionals are gaining familiarity with LEED. Nevertheless, there is strong value in having access to an advisor whose depth of experience in past LEED projects can help you navigate the complexities of the LEED Rating System more efficiently, and cost-effectively. It is also more economically feasible, at times, to outsource certain aspects of the LEED certification process, instead of hiring full-time employees dedicated to the LEED process.
