About Bridget Goggins, LEED AP, EcoBroker:

With seven years experience in real estate development and brokerage as an independent consultant, I recently achieved LEED® AP accreditation, my EcoBroker® license and Green Advantage® certification to increase my knowledge of sustainable design and building. I am currently a student at Virginia Commonwealth University in their Certificate of Urban Revitalization Program and will be continuing the their newly-created Sustainable Community Design masters program.

I was chosen for an Internship with the Sustainability Manager at the City of Richmond. Prior to my 2008 relocation to Virginia and work as a commercial retail real estate agent, I utilized my knowledge from ten years experience working on Wall Street and incorporated into a real estate development consultancy. As an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker, I was retained as the lead contact to a developer, architect, zoning committee, marketing team, construction and legal team on po ssible development of 125-unit age-targeted condominium project. In addition, I worked with a brokerage team on a market and feasibility study of nationwide expansion of restaurant group. I provided consultation services and assisted local real estate brokers on sales and marketing of pre-construction developments, as well as advising private investors on pre-construction opportunities in cash-flowing, single-family investments nationwide.

I am an aggressive self-starter with proven track record of relationship building and client networking. I am a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and will be a life-long student in sustainability, desiring to know as much as possile about this necessary and every-changing field.
