Hi Sunilbhai, thanks for your question.

1) Green Seal for a product states that it went through a stringent process to show it has less impact on the environment and human health compared to traditional "non-green" materials. Green Seal follows a life cycle assessment approach by evaluating a product from the raw materials through the manufacturing process and "end of life" by recycling or disposal. http://www.greenseal.org

2) Green Label Plus was established by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI). Green Label Plus is similar to Green Seal, but only for recycled / environmentally friendly carpet and adhesive cushion products. The products are established to meet certain compound emission standards. http://www.carpet-rug.org/index.cfm

3) GreenGuard was created by the GreenGuard Environmental Institute (GEI) in 2001. GreenGuard is somewhat similar to LEED in terms of specifying green products, establishing indoor air quality standards, and influencing building design and construction strategies.

Currently there are 4 rating programs: 1) GreenGuard Indoor Air Quality Certification Program, 2) GreenGuard Children & Schools Certification Program, 3) GreenGuard Premier Certification Program, and 4) GreenGuard Building Construction Certification Program.

Each rating has various requirements and one (Premier Certification Program) is in pilot stage at this point. You can find out more details by checking their website at http://www.greenguard.org/en/index.aspx.
