About Jim Razinha, LEED AP:

James Razinha is a Facilities Manager who has overseen the construction of several municipal LEED Silver, and one each LEED-EB and LEED Platinum buildings. Mr. Razinha holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Energy Management.

Mr. Razinha is a Retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer, and is current Facilities Manager for the City of Plano, Texas. He has extensive experience in energy management, conservation, process improvement, waste stream reduction and likes to dig deep into pervasive 30% claims. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.
