• EA Credit 1, Optimize Energy Performance (1-19 points): This credit awards points based on the percentage improvement over the minimum energy efficiency level established in EA Prerequisite 2. • Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) Credit 6.1, Controllability of Systems - Lighting (1 point): This credit requires individual lighting controls for 90% of occupants AND lighting system controls for multi-occupant spaces.
