I have a good understanding of current environmental issues and green building. I also have been an avid supporter of Urban Green and was one of the recipients of the 2010 Service Award. In my past work experience I was a senior project manager that acted as the principle point of contact for the project and managed all items. I analyzed client needs and created estimates that are both profitable and solid. I also found creative resolutions to all situations that are timely, cost effective and profitable. Over the course of my career I also helped train staff and create standards for clients and the organization I worked for.
