Ace Glen Garcia, LEED Green Associate is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Hashem and Lehr International (HAL) Consultants in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

His professional experience and education gives him an edge in understanding engineering designs as well as the technical know-how of the business. He has technical experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection designs for 6 years as a Mechanical Design Engineer. He worked on the chilled water design of Lamar Tower currently the tallest high-rise building in Jeddah, KSA, The Al Mada Towers, and Andalusia Towers. Involve in plumbing design and layout of residential buildings such as Al Talal Villas, VIP Villas, and royal palaces. Educational Buildings such as King Saud University Endowment Buildings, Umm Ul Qura University, and Maaref School. Ace has experienced Hospital projects, governmental projects, and special facility buildings. He is also a member of the ASHRAE, IAPMO, and NFPA to develop and enhance his technical knowhow and currently reviewing to take the LEED AP BD+C Exam and the FE/EIT exam this year.

Ace studied B.S. Mechanical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology (MIT). He passed the Philippine Board Registered Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examinations in 2005 and also served the PSME-WRSA (Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers- Western Region Saudi Arabia) as a director for 4 yrs. Ace is a review instructor of trigonometry, machine design, fluid mechanics, pumps, and HVAC subjects for the Philippine Board exam prep. He is also preparing to arrange an Introduction to the Green Building and LEED short seminar to convince and give awareness to the PSME society and his Company regarding Sustainability.

He is currently taking up MBA (Master in Business Administration) at the New Era University (NEU)in their distance learning program.
