About David Pratt, LEED AP

Prior to starting LoraxPro, David and his business partner Neal Fiorelli founded Lorax Partnerships in 2003 as a LEED Consulting firm based in Columbia, Maryland. David also helped form the Maryland Chapter of the USGBC and served as Chair for several years. He has been instrumental in helping important green building legislation, policies and programs become implemented all across the state.
LoraxPro worked directly with USGBC to implement LEED Automation, a program to streamline and automate processes within LEED. This will help make LEED more accessible to a more mainstream audience and promote the proliferation of many more LEED certified buildings (across all of the rating systems).
