Dan Winters, LEED AP, is President and Managing Partner of Evolution Partners, a real estate advisory company. Dan is a green building real estate finance expert and is the primary author of the Green Building Underwriting Standard.
Dan is also a partner and Chief Operating Officer of LoraxPro software, a green building and LEED certification project management software company.
He earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business and a Masters Degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
