Roxanne Button AIA, LEED AP is Senior Architect & Sustainability Leader at Architectural Resources in Buffalo, NY. Roxanne has been involved in sustainable design as a green building consultant, a scriptwriter for a "green" TV series, and a licensed architect who designs and manages LEED projects. She is a licensed architect in New York and a LEED AP (BD+C, Homes). She works with residential and commercial clients to set sustainability goals for their projects, develops design strategies, and shows clients how to do things in greener and more economical ways. She often writes & speaks about green design, and works with local organizations to promote sustainable building practices.
Roxanne has nearly 20 years of experience in developing in-house educational programs, managing LEED projects, and collaborating with clients and consultants to establish and reach sustainability goals. She is very active in the Western New York environmental community. A former board member for the New York Upstate Chapter of USGBC, she currently serves on the Education Committee and the Board Advisory Panel. She is also a member of the National Education Reviewers team for USGBC and a blogger for GrowWNY.org.
