Robert Mattler is director of Green Brokerage at Armada Real Estate Services Company in West Bloomfield. Mr. Mattler, who is also an attorney, assists developers, builders, property owners, investors and associated professionals with building and retrofitting properties in urban and suburban settings. Additionally, Bob has formed a “green dream team” for assisting present building owners in making their present buildings more energy efficient, healthier and cost efficient environments for all those who use and occupy their buildings. Mr. Mattler has taken his “Green Agenda” to schools and professional organizations, including Wayne County Community College, Phoenix University, public schools, private schools, the Real Estate Section of the Michigan State Bar, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) local and national programs, Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) of Oakland County and other groups and associations. Mr. Mattler has also been featured in trade magazines and journals, the Oakland County Bar Journal, Detroit Black Pages, Crains and the Detroit Jewish News.

Bob is involved in placing green conscious tenants into energy efficient buildings. He is certified as a National Association of Realtors (NAR) GREEN designated instructor. Recently, he also received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) designation from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Bob received his BS from Michigan State University, his Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law (Michigan State University) and his Masters of Law in Taxation at Wayne State University. Bob’s goal is to be involved in making metro Detroit one of the greenest cities on the planet.
